This entry of ‘favorites’ has room for only one featured Nashville gem
I don’t think a month has gone by without this restaurant getting national press and attention… and it is well deserved! When I left I said these words… “Death you may come!”
I was fortunate to get reservations in July when the cover of Food and Wine’s Best New Chefs featured Josh Habiger and Erik Anderson of Catbird Seat
This month they are featured in a beautiful spread in Condé Nast Traveler and last month they were listed 5th in Bon Appétit The Hot 10 – Americas Best New Restaurants feature
I’m sure by now you realize that I am not a blogger or writer by any means… This site is just an outlet to share my Nashville favorites in hopes that you get out and take advantage of all the goodness this city offers. One person I follow gets this, especially when it comes to food and she communicates it beautifully on her blog eat. drink. smile. WARNING after experiencing the catbird seat… you will have the feeling like you rode the best roller-coaster and each dining experience thereafter seams second rate.
